January 2026 Local Biofuel Production

If biomass is grown sustainably, the biofuel produced from it is sustainable and climate neutral. We want to build biorefineries for local biofuel production in order to reduce reliance on fossil fuel in the target regions. As a start, we aim to produce compensatory amounts of biodiesel that represent the carbon footprint of our containers.

January 2028 Transition to Wind Powered Vessels

We shall consistently explore sustainable options for long distance transport. When we have acquired the necessary resources, we will invest in freight ships equipped with wind sails. This is consistent with our strategy to reduce the need for fossil fuel in our operations. We will use some of the biofuel we sponsor as supplementary fuel in our wind powered container vessels.

Before 2033 Green Transportation

We do not believe in long distance transport with electric motors due to the major toll on habitat and biodiversity from mining metals. Our goal is to transport our goods in climate neutral ways and with care for biodiversity and habitat. This is the major challenge for the green transition, and we aim to be at the forefront by leading projects and innovations that contribute to this ambitious goal.
